Pros
- Job tracking and tasking is great once you have it all set up. We use the tasking to keep our job flow consistent and easily managed by our crews. It links with xactanalysis which is great so notes can be sent direct to insurance from one location without needing to log into multiple services
Cons
- Work order function and calendar are not very good. Calendar is not on mobile version as of yet so scheduling or time tracking that can be done online cannot be seen from mobile platform. Email options are limited and do not have the same functionality as the mobile platform. Mobile platform is better in many ways than the full online version lacks the accounting, calendar, and work order review functions that would make it better.
