DigiByte wants to give Bitcoin and Ethereum a run for their money. Some refer to DigiByte as “Bitcoin on steroids.” Like Ethereum, DigiByte provides both a cryptocurrency ($DBG) and a blockchain on which decentralized applications (dApps) can be created.
Pros
- Well the logo looks cool, although the little digibyte robot is clearly just a copy of the Michelin man on a diet. I look at DGB, but frankly, what about it stand out to me. No black market even accepts it in payment, which is the main purpose of the crypto.
Cons
- DigiByte has been around for 5 years and, unlike Bitcoin and Litecoin, many people had never heard of it.
