After a Series of ICO rounds given by the project, EChat project tended to become a project whereby users can actually communicate with each other in a decentralised manner yet imbibe the facilities of a payment option in cryptocurrencies between both parties in a very extensive and contactless way. If one looks into the use case that this project was trying to bring on board you can understand and agree that yes this is something that will actually affect the lives of many as payment is concerned along with communication in the same hand. There is a lot of good things to say about this project but decide to say that it is currently unavailable.
After a failed ICO round and a market credibility which was disgraced by the release of some unsold tokens which were meant to be burnt this project lost it's completely. To even make matters worse the project main application which was its communication plus payment app faced a lot of scrutiny due to the number of overwhelming bugs found within the platform. still with these problems the developers refuse to access and rectify. I can actually see you that this project cannot be useful for once he actually was intending to do so I wouldn't advise anyone to use it
