- Third party interventions are not allowed. Decisions are made by the community for the benefit of the community. This point makes a big difference with Ethereum, where third parties have openly interfered with decisions or not.

- Ethereum Classic was born after Ethereum's strong birfurcation that took place in 2016 after the DAO crash, to repair the damage after someone exploited the DAO vulnerabilities.
