Why don't you guys just sell all or part of yer Maza holdings and put it into something more stable until you find out what Maza is gonna' do. I got all mine in LiteCoin right now. It's not gonna' rocket up to 5000 overnight so you'll have PLENTY of time to buy back in when and if it does. Try not to get so emotionally attached to Maza or ANY coin for that matter.
I was on board with this but I sold I can't afford to lose anymore of my investment. Just know that the amount of coins being produced are going to make it a challenge for this coin to rise fast again. So just know your in it for the long haul.

Pros
  • Hmm. down again. It'd be nice to one day check the price and see it has gone up for a change. I believe Payu did say he had a radio spot today, and might get a chief to come out and support the coin, although wouldn't mention his name for fear of trolling against said chief. If they promote this somewhere, besides some random youtube video that most won't see, it could help. They really need a better website/blog and a person over here keeping people updated. A fork is needed to reduce miner rewards, but boxxa seemed against that. No idea why. One weird thing I noticed in chat last night was when boxxa was asked if he kept track of the price -- Boxxa claimed he had a lot of coins, but didn't worry about the price. My first thought was: who cares how many coins you hold, the idea should be that the creators of the coin want to support a high price, so the premine isn't a complete waste. It sort of felt like Boxxa and Payu weren't exactly in sync, or at least didn't communicate nearly enough. Again, just the impression I got, and I could be completely wrong.
Cons
  • Don't understand the message! And I can't read the whole article. And so I can't make any conclusion on that yet. And that reply is an example of the problem. Instead of having a dev or PR person here answering people's questions, they either avoided them completely, or held irc sessions that most people didn't even see. And even in the irc sessions they tended to avoid questions, or answered with things that didn't make a whole lot of sense at the time. So a month late you get an answer. Maybe several months from now when maza is low double digits someone from the team will respond with perhaps they should update their website.
