Onixcoin was born in Venezuela as an exit to the difficulty of thousands of Venezuelans to access international markets because the local currency does not have much value, its purpose is to be used by a large number of people for payments in the supermarket for example and that it would be the value that would be given to it, but lately it has been in decline because it does not know how to adapt to the markets and implementation of new strategies that give it an added value. Although their development team seems to be committed to this cryptocurrency it remains stagnant so they should do things better and rethink the project as I see more possible a death of this great Latin project.

Currently this project is abandoned, the official website is not working, all data or websites related to this cryptocurrency are basically outdated.
* Listing only on Yobit, which does not have a good reputation.
* Daily volume less than 1usd.
Be careful with this asset.

Pros

I consider one of the few advantages is that it can be mined, it is possible to win chips from this cryptocurrency. allows p2p payments to be made quickly and with low commissions. All transactions are private, so because of the location and where this cryptocurrency came from, that issue is important.

Cons

Basically the problems have to do with the adoption of this cryptocurrency by the general public. There is a lot of competition for cryptocurrencies that are generally for payments. It is listed in a single exchange as it is yobit that suggests that it is only a scam project or a very small one that has not found ways to arise. The price and its market capitalization has gone into a tailspin. I can say that those who bought this cryptocurrency a few months ago are much lower in value, it may not recover if the developers do not establish new routes of work and implementation in the real world since that is the purpose of it.
