Reserve Rights Token a.k.a. RSR is an ERC-20 collateral token to facilitate the stability of RSV on the "Reserve protocol" implementation:
Reserve - A flexible pool of DAI, BUSD, USDC, TUSD & Pax (Stablecoins based on USD) But in the Portal are only PAX, TUSD and USDC availables. You can conect your Metamask Wallet to generate or redeem RSV.

RSV - Reserve tokena, "Stable cryptocurrency" to be spend like USD. 

The objective of the project is "reduce the risk through diversification &  decentralized". The Protocol holds the RSR, when new RSV are sold new Reserves are held as collateral, keeping 1:1 ratio.
