They've been running a private Chainpoint testnet since March. Team has built a custom suite of tools for testing Nodes, Cores, and the entire Chainpoint proof creation and verification process. They call it Hashblaster! So far, hashblasting has gone well. They've identified some optimizations and continue to work towards a public testnet.
They set a milestone of launching a public testnet in Q2 2019 means June 30th. But it will take few more weeks to launch the public Chaipoint testnet.

- •Tierion's services are taking many companies, It is proved to provide valuable services to its customers. •Factom is another accomplishment that tackles the same issues that Tierion is trying to resolve. But according to CEO of Tierion, Factom can only manage forty seven transactions per second while Tierion’s capacity is virtually unlimited. •Scalability: Chainpoint is designed to generate millions of proofs per second. In contrast to other blockchain based systems, throughput increases as nodes are added to the network. •Cost effectiveness: Chainpoint is designed to be inexpensive or free for most network participants. Increases in network throughput scales independently of blockchain transaction costs.
