VeChain is a relatively young project by BitSe, based in Singapore, which was founded in 2015. The team itself understands its product as a service concept that can be used in the most diverse areas of the industry. The new blockchain VeChainThor uses a Proof of Authority algorithm to transfer and confirm information within the network. The name was coined by an Ethereum co-founder, Gavin Wood. Simply put, this idea is a continuation of the Stake Proof concept, where coin owners with a greater number of VeChain tokens are preferred for a block reward. Unlike many other projects in the crypto-market, VeChain is a trend-setting project that offers an unbelievable number of application possibilities. Started in the classic trade to document and understand the transparency or origin of wine or other goods.
