I really like that it's easy to use, not overwhelming for guests or staff members, and it allows us to keep up with our daily tasks while still having time to interact with guests. It has also been great at allowing me to get my work done in a more efficient manner than using paper spreadsheets. There are some features we have yet to implement but they seem simple enough.
