Half of the glitter stuck to the windows but no more

It would be great if not so much glitter stuck to the clear plastic panes. That's bad enough on the one hand, it blocks the view of the tree. Shaking and tapping on the acrylic window did nothing, but after 4 days the glitter stopped sticking.
