NO MORE ROCKING: wheel immobilizers and pads
when my husband was running. I decided to give them a chance. A lot of people said they were heavy so I first opened them up a bit and then put them back in place and adjusted as needed. I'm 26 years old, a semi-skilled female and installed it in less than 5 minutes with no problems and felt the result immediately!
