It doesn't get any better!
Initially I was very disappointed with the performance of this 'old spare' as I used the original blade that came with the tool. After weeks of struggling and contemplating whether I might need to try another option, I decided to watch Tandy's tutorial video, which prompted me to replace the blade with a new one. A sharp blade is everything! This tool is incredibly easy to use and effective, I can't imagine ever paying more for a more complex skiver.
