Review on Harewom by Raymond Simmons

I, an international customer, was looking forward to trying out the goods sold by Harewom. However, my dealings with overseas delivery have been less than satisfying. Both the shipping costs and the anticipated delivery time are considerably high. The arrival of my purchase was marred by the discovery that several of the items had been broken during transit. The problem could not be fixed by the customer service team, and the return procedure was cumbersome and time-consuming. The language barrier made it hard to express myself, and I worried that my worries were being dismissed. Even though the goods themselves are high quality, my negative impression of the company stems from the international shipping process. Until Harewom fixes their international shipping and customer service, I can't suggest them to anyone living outside the United States.
