I needed to make PVC baseboards for my geodesic dome greenhouse. I use non-traditional glass for the plastic cover and use 2" x 2" as the nail strips/coating along the length of the legs and then glue/screw the plastic to each triangular face and staple them to the wood nails. . I use a router to cut a 1.5" concave along the length of the 2x2" so that it wraps around the PVC and provides maximum bonding surface for a better bond.
