Ordered a stopper for the newlyweds' wine bottle. When opening, slowly cut along the very edge of the package. Then I realized that maybe I was cutting the product down. I stopped cutting and tied to open it by hand. In fact, I struggled for several minutes before finally tearing the package to pieces. The wine mat was stuffed into such a small bag that it was taped between the spots on the envelope. Very, very, very bad packaging. Now I'm giving this away at a virtual bachelorette party in a week, so I had to send the cut/pinned item for the groom to the bachelorette party. I don't want everyone to see when it opens, but right now I don't have a choice. If your process continues in the packaging then unfortunately I will not be ordering again. Lynette Crabtree
