I don't know why people aren't complaining about this. Honestly, if I had known, I would not have ordered it and had to replace the old one, otherwise it would not have happened. The knobs should turn in opposite directions, the left (hot) counterclockwise and the right (cold) clockwise. Both work counter-clockwise, which is wrong and unintuitive. The buttons aren't marked as hot or cold (no problem), it was just meant to be an indication but others said they had. Anyway, if you're normal I'd pass unless it's reversible.
