I like that you can customize your quote to show what is included in each category of service - it makes for easy quoting/budgeting! It's also nice because we have been able use this system since 2012 so all our data has already transferred over from another program which was annoying at first but now its not as big an issue anymore (but still would be helpful if there were more integration options).

There are some things about octants interface i dislike such as how long they take before showing up when adding categories or subcategories into quotes etc., sometimes takes 2 tries just right click add item instead then select items manually than wait 15 minutes until shown again..
