Great product! I like the flexibility and adjustability of the bolt and washer system. The white Teflon two-component material withstands heavy loads, but the sides of the clip are not as resilient. On my old pair, the outside edge next to the screw hole lost a plastic shark bite due to the hard hit. I have noticed that the rubber stopper in the center of the cleat is a bit worn on the red 9 degree swim version (I think I wiggle my feet a bit in the pedals). The ENTIRE top gets eaten up nicely by the pavement if you choose not to stop completely and wave your foot on the pavement to even out each stop. So. Come to a FULL stop, then lower your leg to touch the pavement. Also remember spike covers so you don't have to move away from the bike, they MUST come boxed together. But that's not the case. I honestly can't understand why not.
