Review on 🔪 AnGeer Stainless Steel Vegetable Julienne Peeler with Double-Sided Blade and Fruit Slicing Function by Tammy Finucci

Original Review: I had high hopes for this knife based on the reviews. But to be honest it didn't live up to my expectations. I'm not sure if I received a broken or dull paring knife, but I have to put more effort into cleaning it than my old knife that I've been using for a few years. The bark is thicker and the peeled surface is not smooth. I didn't like peeling apples at all, peeling potatoes was ok but not great. From the side of the julienne it was decent, especially for carrots. However, the ends tend to stick to the knife. The peeler looks good and is easy to clean. I wish it was sharper and better cleaned. Update: I originally gave this knife 2 stars but now that I've been using it for a few months I'm liking it more and more. I think my first impression was based on my experience with my old peeler which was a different type. After using it for a while the sharpness has increased, now I know how to hold it properly so it comes off easily with minimal effort. Another thing I have to say is that the company really cares about the product and their customers. So overall it's a great scrub and even better customer service.
