The sentence "Too good to be true" does NOT apply to this exhibition stand. I was amazed at its quality. The color matches my MacBook model (2013) and the look is simple and elegant. The material is aluminum, which made me skeptical, but once you take 30 seconds to assemble it, you'll find that it's strong enough to hold a 45-pound weight on it. (I don't recommend you do this, but I assume he'll be able to hold onto it with no problem). Don't think twice, just buy.
