I was very disappointed with this bike. Firstly the stand was clearly used as 2 of the 4 brackets were broken. I contacted support and they "quickly" sent 3 replacements in 7 weeks :( They were easy to replace but one bracket broke after 2 uses so I replaced them. The first time I carried 2 bikes together they both broke Brackets closest to the hitch I contacted CS again but got no response so I sold the rack as is for a sale of $5 Now I am looking for a real bike hitch and ask those who give him more than 1 star in his rating.
