Outdoor Recreation is missing parts

While the trunk was easy to assemble and install on my car, it was missing parts, namely the gray parts that seem to be there to hold the bike and keep it from getting scratched. I'm not sure how this affects my ability to transport my bike across the country. While it appears to be an amazing product overall, due to the lack of attention to detail I'm giving it two stars instead of a possible five - one for ease of assembly and one for easy attachment to my car.

Pros
  • Slightly sloped luggage rack: Fits standard 2" hitch receptacles and easy access to the rear of the vehicle with an easy-to-use lowering feature
Cons
  • Great price

DO NOT BUY! Bike mounts and straps break on the first ride.

The overall trunk design is good, but the plastic bike racks are terrible! Almost lost my bike. A fellow motorist on the New Jersey Turnpike pulled over to tell us the bike was hanging by a thread! See photo! All my plastic holders break in one place and one of my rubber bands broke on the very first ride! Unfortunately I threw away the box, otherwise I would have sent it back. DO NOT BUY! When tightening the cradle with the hex screw, the screw is pulled through the plastic cradle to the other

Pros
  • Dual Arm Mounting Design: Optimized dual arm bike rack and spaced adjustable mounting saddles to fit bikes with a variety of frame sizes and designs are more stable and can accommodate up to 4 bikes.

Happen! Doesn't cost any money.

I was very disappointed with this bike. Firstly the stand was clearly used as 2 of the 4 brackets were broken. I contacted support and they "quickly" sent 3 replacements in 7 weeks :( They were easy to replace but one bracket broke after 2 uses so I replaced them. The first time I carried 2 bikes together they both broke Brackets closest to the hitch I contacted CS again but got no response so I sold the rack as is for a sale of $5 Now I am looking for a real bike hitch and ask those who give…

Pros
  • Heavy Duty: Thicker support arm tube approx. 2.5 mm thick, maximum load up to 80 lbs. A NOTICE. The distance from the coupler outlet to the vertical bar of the nail is 7.87 inches. Please measure the distance to ensure there is enough space for the spare tire on the vehicle.

I would not buy

After assembling it and installing the hitch for my car, I quickly found that it was very wobbly. He holds the bike to ride but it wobbles back and forth which makes me nervous all the time. Then I have to get into my trunk (the reason I bought it because it's collapsible) so I have to try to get the pin out. Well you can't because the holes don't line up perfectly. So, to take the pin out and put it back in, you need a hammer and a small screwdriver. (Had to make sure we packed this) Wouldn't…

Pros
  • Easy Folding Arms again: The folding arms design allows the carrier arms to be quickly folded when the bike racks are not in use for compact transport and easy storage.
Cons
  • Crumpled Package

Poor design in bike racks

has an intermediate sleeve to "lock" the rack into the hitch mount BUT. The inner sleeve does not stay in place so when trying to align the holes to insert the stylus the inner sleeve came out of the rack and it seemed like all the holes lined up properly and the stylus went in. pulled on him and he didn't move. 30 miles on the freeway and the whole bike rack and new e-bike was gone. Only the "internal" "safety" locking sleeve and pin remained. NO BIKE NO BIKE RACK. All have been dropped off…
