After assembling it and installing the hitch for my car, I quickly found that it was very wobbly. He holds the bike to ride but it wobbles back and forth which makes me nervous all the time. Then I have to get into my trunk (the reason I bought it because it's collapsible) so I have to try to get the pin out. Well you can't because the holes don't line up perfectly. So, to take the pin out and put it back in, you need a hammer and a small screwdriver. (Had to make sure we packed this) Wouldn't buy again and am very disappointed that I paid for it. Well, maybe it's just an accident and mine alone, but who knows.
