I was very disappointed with this bike rack. Firstly the stand arrived clearly used as 2 out of 4 brackets were broken. I contacted support and they "quickly" sent 3 replacements in 7 weeks :( They were easy to replace but one bracket broke after 2 uses so I replaced them. This first time I carried 2 bikes together, both are fasteners Broken closest to the hitch I contacted CS again with no response so I sold the rack as it's on sale for 5000. Now I'm looking for a real bike hitch and am asking those who give it more than 1 star in their rating.
