This is my first water thread, so I can't compare it to others, but it's much better than regular thread. It saves time! It takes me 2 to 3 minutes maybe if I spent 5 to 10 minutes with regular thread. I don't recommend you to use it if you are temperature sensitive as it works with cold water and you will have a damn hard time using cold water if you are sensitive. I recommend starting use on a low level as it can hurt your gums if they are sensitive (something you can't tell unless a professional tells you). (high) pressure and it damaged my gums so I had to use low. So far everything works great. Hope this review helps!
