Great knife - Kitchen & Dining
I really like this knife so far. Use it for slicing and trimming rib roast and pork belly. I thought it would be lighter but it turned out to be razor sharp, holds a great edge and pushes through meat like butter. Very intimidating first few uses. The handle is amazing on this version and the chef's knife version. My only complaint is that the black finish is starting to show cut marks, not scratches, just black to dark gray scuffs. Definitely worth the money and I love the case!
