Review on 🔧 Sunex 1/2-Inch Drive Extra Long Thin Wall Wheel Protector Impact Socket - 17mm by Matthew Flores

I just bought a new set of wheels and wanted the socket to be used by the plumbers and for my garage when I need to do maintenance. So far this has worked flawlessly. The tire changers used it to mount tires and remove my cleats, they used it again to check the cleats were tight, and I used it for an electric shock. Has worked consistently every time. A very hard and plastic "scratch protection" fits exactly into the socket. I checked it carefully for scratches as another post said it would be scratched easily and it turned out to be damaged. Mine was virtually spotless apart from a few small scratches. I tried scratching with my fingernail, everything is fine. It ended up in a plastic bag and I can see how it might get scratched. But it's a tool, so it can get scratched. I highly recommend it. Very strong and well-made socket. Grab a few and toss one in the glove box or trunk.
