I was replacing the mufflers on my '65 Corvette and needed to fill some gaps where the new muffler flange fitted into the existing exhaust pipe which was a bit oval. Attempts to expand the existing tube into a perfect circle met with only partial success. I tried this thing on the Corvette forums on the advice of my brother. The consistency is similar to that of peanut butter, making it easy to apply. After drying overnight to make sure it's fully cured, it's fine.
