One unit comes with a great manual - and it's easy to use, but the other requires you to be an electrical engineer who knows how it works. I have to look for it somewhere before trying to use it. It's a good buy and a unit comes with a case plus cables and extra adapters for testing just about anything electrical. Outperforms the old "Radio Shack" sensor I still have.
