Review on 🐶 Aspen Winter White Fashion Dog Parka Coat by Sparkle Ross

This is a very nice coat but it's too big. First, the measurements they give you to determine what size you need for your dog are far from ideal. Accordingly, I needed a medium for my Shih Tzu/Papillon. We ordered a small one. Still too big. There must be a problem somewhere because as soon as I saw this I decided to return it and order the x-small from Wayfair. Received it before I could return this one and they are exactly the same size. Very disappointed. I'm trying to get to the bottom of it.
