First thing I noticed was that there were no instructions in the box. A freehand drawing on photocopy paper would also be something special. When applying it to the roof, I noticed that the underside was bare plastic, with no anti-slip coating. It slides too easily on the roof. The clamp assembly is confusing when connecting straps, and once you finally figure out how the mechanism works, it doesn't compress very firmly when pulled. The end result, the bare plastic slips around corners, and then the belt clips, not squeezing tight enough, slowly let the belts slip through whatever you're wearing outdoors.
