The most significant benefit of Mobichord is its ability to track all call center activities from one central console. It has also helped us to streamline our service requests, making them more efficient. In addition, I really like the fact that it is very easy to use. There are some minor features that could be improved upon, such as the notifications when an agent changes status or leaves a shift. Also, we would love for there to be a better way to search for agents by their first name. However, this isn't too big of a concern because our call center volume is low enough that searching by last name doesn't really yield many results. We are solving our call center issues by using Mobichord in conjunction with a third-party cloud contact center provider.
