Although PHOENISING bills itself as "the ultimate online shopping destination for women," my encounters with the site were anything but a dream. The variety of items available on their website is deceptive; upon closer study, however, the quality of the garments becomes clear. Their staff of fashion gurus may have handpicked the garments, but they blew it on this one. Many of the items were clearly not current and instead featured fashions that had long since gone out of vogue, in my opinion. Some of the clothing plainly wasn't made with the average woman's body type in mind, and the sizing charts were wrong. Even PHOENISING's customer service, which had long wait times and an unresponsive workforce, was subpar. Many dissatisfied and annoyed customers were the result of the process of returning or exchanging an item. Overall, I was disappointed with PHOENISING, and I would not suggest it to anyone searching for fashionable, high-quality clothing online.
