Review on πŸ“± ChargerCity Portable Beanbag Dashboard Friction Mount: Ultimate Navigation Solution for Garmin Nuvi Drive Assist GPS by James Richardson

Beats a Suction Cup

This mount replaces the windshield-sticking suction cup that Garmin supplies with their GPS navigators. If you like a sucker then stick with it. If it annoys you that it leaves marks on your windshield and has a bad habit of popping off unexpectedly, then read on. To do this, simply detach the mounting plate from the suction cup ball and attach it to the ball on top of the bag. Now place the rattle on a comfortable spot on the dashboard, preferably in the middle. I've been using rattles for both my GPS and radar detector for several years and have never missed by more than an inch or two, even after a few "look and dodge" maneuvers. However, in order not to tempt fate, I would not place it on the edge of the dashboard next to an open window. I think it's a well made device that suits me perfectly and I think it's worth the price. .
