We use it as a spare hose on a small motor home. When camping in areas with water taps, we put a "Y” on the tap and use it as a second hose for cooking and dishwashing. In areas with a central water source, we also use it to fill the camper's water tank. The female end quickly licked at the turning point. Of course, this happened after the return period had expired. Annoying, but the hose is still usable. We also use a water regulator so I know we didn't pressurize the hose. There are no problems with the male ending. While the fittings are inexpensive, the hose part is durable. Pros: Male connection and durable hose material, reasonable price, it is doubtful that there is anything better than Camco.
