At first glance, this knife looks beautiful. However, when you pick it up and look at the details, the quality just isn't there. The handle has raised edges where metal meets wood. Sharp metal burrs make the knife very awkward to move. It doesn't seem like a lot of stuff, but it doesn't take much to catch your skin either. I bought something nice for a friend and I would never give it to him. If I don't want it, then I won't give it to anyone. Update 7/1/21 I have sent back the original knife and replaced it. It's like they sent me the exact same knife. The handle still has sharp edges. Needless to say, this one is coming back and I'll be looking at another knife.
