Threads continued to diverge

Threads continued to diverge and I had to consistently go back and correct. The threads are not wrapped tightly enough and the threads keep breaking. The color is like the picture but not a soft yarn and feels very synthetic. Used it for a Christmas themed kitchen towel project so it was fine but I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than decorative purposes.
