Review on ๐Ÿ“Š AEM X-Series OBDII Gauge: Ultimate Performance and Efficiency Monitoring by Peter Caw

Good but does not support turbo boost

When I first read the description of this and some questions I thought it would be a great sensor to add to my turbocharged Outback Onyx XT I knew Already that Subie OBD2 had data for the turbo boost because the OBD app on my phone connected to a good OBD bluetooth device shows it very well and with very little lag. I needed a custom boost sensor so I decided to give it a try. When it arrived and I read the instructions that came with it, it became clear that it didn't support the feature I wanted. There is a "Boost" item in the table, but it is "Boost Control", not pressure. I spoke to AEM support (very nice people) and they confirmed what I already knew. Guess I have to keep looking.
