Simple with minimal changes during installation. It can be done by a beginner.

Replaced original latches on several 1990 Anderson doors and windows that were corroded. The replacement was easy and required minimal modifications. These replacements work differently, blocking the originals by dragging them up instead of down. Required spacers on the door lock on some units to reduce the force required to open and close the locking mechanism. I cut spacers out of cardboard. An inexpensive way to update your door hardware.
