Review on 🍳 Lodge Manufacturing Co. Lodge Cast Iron Square Grill Pan, 10.5-inch, Black by Richard Simmons

I'm older so I can say this pan is heavy but it's an amazing pan for cooking and grilling. Yesterday I grilled a huge pile of grilled veggies with great results. My biggest problem with all of my cast iron skillets has been cleaning. They are easy to clean with a little elbow grease. I've recently started using a grill cleaning brush to make the job a little easier and it has completely improved my cooking experience, especially on ribbed pans as the ribs can burn between ribs. Easy to clean. A little oil after washing to coat the pan will keep the pan well. I just love this pan. .AND ALSO. for the non-stick coating, not afraid of chemicals. Food does not stick to these pans like other pans do. PS; DO NOT use the silicone pot handle holder inside the grill. While I'm pretty sure the pot handle holder can handle most heat, fire is not recommended.
