Works great on PS4 and easy to make if you follow the instructions well!

Works great, perfect for PS4 console and easy to install for PS4. Definitely the Sony side. Here's what I did: 1. Use a USB flash drive that is at least 4GB. Check its properties to make sure it is formatted in FAT32. Create a folder named "PS4" in all caps and without quotes. Inside this folder, create another folder called "UPDATE" with all caps and no quotes. On an internet connected computer, go to the internet at playstation.com/en-us/support/system-updates/ps4/ and go to the bottom of the page where it says "Perform a clean installation of the system software". and press the black key "Download Now". The file size must be over 800 MB. If it's smaller, you're downloading the wrong update. Double check using the link at the bottom of the page. When you have the file you need, save it on your flash drive in the UPDATE folder you created in the PS4 folder and name the update file "PS4UPDATE.PUP" in all caps and without the quotes. 2. Connect a USB storage device to PS4 and go to (Settings) > [Application Saved Data Management] > [Saved Data on USB Storage] and save or save any backup files you want to save all of them in the cloud, if available a Playstation+. 3. After saving, turn off your PS4 and unplug all cables. 4. Remove the PS4 left side panel over the disc drive by gently pressing and sliding to the left. It comes off relatively easily. Then, using a small Phillips screwdriver, remove the screw on the left front panel where the Playstation icons are located. Slide the hard drive out, and then remove the two screws on each side of the hard drive carrier. There will be four in total. Do not remove the small rubber rings that hold the screws. Pull out the hard drive and insert the new hard drive firmly but gently.5. Replace all screws and then slide the hard drive into the console.6. Replace the PS4.7 cover. Plug everything back in, then plug in your USB stick. You must also connect the controller via USB.8. Press and hold the power button for about 7 seconds until you hear a second beep, then release. This will boot your PS4 into Safe Mode. Select [Initialize PS4 (Reinstall System Software)]. It takes a few minutes to install the whole PS4, after that you can do all the settings as shown on the screen. Once that's done, reinstall your games using game discs or re-download your games if you bought a digital copy from PS Store. After reinstalling the games, you can go back to (Settings) > [App save data management] > [Saved data to USB] and save the data back to PS4, which will restore all your game settings, profiles, saved games, etc will. All! Hope that helps!
