Update: After a few calls and going to voicemail after voicemail I finally got through to the person. They were excellent at fixing an issue that was a bad batch of screws. They sent me a replacement for free and I'm back in business. The clamps themselves are easy to install and seem to hold up very securely once the screw goes through the metal frame. I bought these to install Fiberon decking on 14ga steel joists. Camo positions this product as a fast and efficient fastening system. However, I had to pre-drill over half of the holes due to the blunt self-tapping screws. At a rate of 40 fasteners every two hours, my project will take a week. Customer service is terrible too. When installing composite decking on steel, look elsewhere!
