I bought 3 packs for a project and couldn't get them to work. I have followed several guides to connect to Arduino. Tutorials conflicted with pinouts, how to program, which serial pins are TX/RX etc. I never found a configuration to use them in and ended up with another product with much better documentation and support that worked. - from the box.
