As a restaurant chef who works with fresh fish alongside everything else, I cut up many different types of fish. Our menu currently includes Sea Bass, Red Snapper, Salmon, Halibut and Soup. All of our fish come to us in the field processing, but we take care of the rest. The company we bought used to be good at cleaning fish, but lately they've gotten worse at it, and using the back of the knife just isn't the best way to get the job done, nor the best on a knife! Well when I got to work yesterday I was able to use the scaler for the first time and I have to say I am very impressed with the ease of use, the ease of cleaning and the great job it does at removing limescale! I'm very happy with the purchase so far and as long as it doesn't break in a week I'm sure I'll be able to enjoy it for a long time. It seems durable so I'm not worried about that.
