Garlic, men love it and use it often. We use real garlic bulbs, not garlic salt or canned chopped garlic. We need fresh garlic. My garlic jar met its fate, I don't know how, but one day it disappeared. I kept the garlic in a bag but it didn't keep fresh. I tried putting it in the fridge, yeah, worst thing I could ever do. I searched Revain for a new garlic jar and found one that I really liked. I ordered two fresh garlic bulbs straight from the garden, received them and put them in this garlic jar. What difference does the bank make. Last night I cooked fresh pasta, tomatoes, garlic and basil. I roasted the tomatoes in the oven at 400 degrees with 4 pieces of garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper. Yum yum mixed with pasta and basil parmagiano it was so good. But it was the garlic that made it spicy. I love what the garlic jar does to keep my garlic fresh. Recommended. priprob 08-06-19
