I love ice cream rolls - and now I can make them at home! It cools down quickly - once switched on, it's ready to use in about 5 minutes. Each "batch" of ice cream you make takes about 3-4 minutes. The portion size is perfect for one. I tried the recipes in the instructions that came with it, but then looked elsewhere for better ones. The best we've tried so far is whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk, and 2% milk in a 2:2:1 ratio. It's just so delicious, or you can add any flavor you want. We use ours almost every night - so much for nutrition :)
