I've been using these commercial pans in restaurants and in the home kitchen for ten years. They are durable and will not deform when the temperature in the oven changes. I first bought half sheet pans, decided I needed smaller quarter sheet pans, then changed my mind again and bought these adorable eight sheet pans. Be sure to read the size before purchasing as the picture is a bit misleading in terms of scale.
