So easy to use and lock! So easy to use and so very convenient! Buy this tool! I am a contractor/builder by profession. Let me just say that I'm mostly "old school" when it comes to my tools and/or "gadgets". I had a similar tool before but it didn't snap into the shape I wanted, when I got to my saw etc my jig had shifted with my old tool so I won't be using it or just going with it. Paper or cardboard pattern method. So glad to say not with this tool! This tool has proven to be SUPER handy, it's fast, efficient and accurate with the shapes I need. I love how I can capture any shape I need! Also, the small parts that give the tool different shapes are held tightly together, which is a HUGE bonus as it helps with shape accuracy. The review states that this tool does not "stretch" per se, but rather moves, bends, and forms many different shapes, edges, corners, planes, etc. You can use it vertically or horizontally and it just makes life easier! I'm glad my wife bought it for me!
