This article will be delivered without instructions. I've programmed quite a few universal remotes over the last 20 years. And that's what I did this time when that remote didn't work. So let's be clear. Yes the batteries were good and worked in other devices. The remote control was ordered for a specific TV and there were no instructions with it.
